Game Rules
The Timoneers Challenge contest is sponsored by the Nemours Foundation. The contest begins on or about June 1, 2010 and ends on or about September 10, 2010. These contest rules are subject to modification by the Nemours Foundation. This promotion is void where prohibited.
I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
The Nemours Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor").
II. ELIGIBILITY
Contests/Sweepstakes are open to all legal residents of the state Delaware; Chester and Delaware Counties in the state of Pennsylvania; and Gloucester, Salem, Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland Counties in the state of New Jersey, 6 to 11 years old at entry date.
Any Nemours, Worldways Social Marketing, Discount Travel Brokerage Service or Workflow One employee and their immediate family members may not participate in this contest. "Immediate family members" means parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings or spouses.
In the event that a child needs assistance in visiting MightyTimoneers.com or completing their entry form (Timoneers Challenge Adventure Guide, Mission Completion Postcard) adult assistance is permitted.
III. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to participate. Participants may enter by completing missions outlined in The Timoneers Challenge Adventure Guide. Once the required number of activities has been completed the official Adventure Guide, Mission Completion Postcard must be mailed to the address provided. Only submissions with the signature of an adult over the age of 18, or in the case of a minor, the signature of the minor’s parent or legal guardian, will be considered eligible and valid for purposes of awarding prizes.
To be eligible for entry to win the Grand Prize - a Magical Orlando Escape - the qualifying child must complete 20 missions as outlined in The Timoneers Challenge Adventure Guide and return their completed Adventure Guide, Mission Completion Postcard to the address provided.
To be eligible to win a Timoneers Challenge individual prize pack, the qualifying child must complete 5 of the 20 missions outlined in The Timoneers Challenge Adventure Guide, and return their completed Adventure Guide, Mission Completion Postcard to the address provided.
All entries must have a legible valid response to The Timoneers Challenge Adventure Guide missions as described therein; must have a parent/guardian/other adult 18 years or older signature; must have appropriate contact information for shipment of the prize; must be returned on The Timoneers Challenge Adventure Guide, Mission Completion Postcard provided.
All entries must be postmarked by September 10, 2010. The Grand Prize winner will be announced online at www.MightyTimoneers.com, unless an alternative notification procedure is identified, on or about October 10, 2010. All other winners will receive their individual prize via regular mail.

IV. INTERNET DISCLAIMER
Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the contest/sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest/sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest/sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment or software; or failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this contest/sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.
It is a child and his/her Parent’s responsibility to notify the Sponsor if the child or parent changes their mailing address, email address and/or phone number. Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
V. WINNER ODDS AND NOTIFICATION
Only one Grand Prize will be awarded.
Approximately 7,000 Timoneers Challenge prize packs will be awarded to eligible and valid entries as described herein, on a first come, first served basis.
Limits: One Grand Prize entry per household; one Individual Prize per child, (but multiple entrants from the same household may win Individual Prizes (for example, a brother and sister can each win an individual prize)). Each child who returns a valid and completed entry is eligible to win an individual prize while supplies last.
VI. PRIZE AWARDS AND RESTRICTIONS
Grand Prize
Sponsor will award one Grand Prize - a Magical Orlando Escape for a family of four - 2 adults and 2 children. The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher issued through Discount Travel Brokerage Services based in Jacksonville, Florida. The voucher has an estimated value of $3,500 and can only be applied toward the cost of round trip airline ticket from Philadelphia International Airport to Orlando International Airport; 4 day/3 night hotel accommodations, including taxes only, at a pre-determined Walt Disney World resort; 3 day Walt Disney World Park Hopper theme park admission tickets; and ground transportation while in Orlando, FL only. All other related fees and expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. All expenses not specifically described herein are the grand prize winner's sole responsibility.
The Grand Prize voucher must be used within 1 year of being awarded.
The Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete a Liability Release and Public Release, to be signed and returned within 7 days of notification date. If a winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if a winner fails to comply with any of the requirements herein, his/her prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner shall be selected. If winner notifications are returned undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
Individual Prizes The individual prizes have an approximate retail value generally of $1- $50 each.
Unless otherwise specified, all individual prizes will be mailed out to the individual winner’s address, which was provided to the Sponsor. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed from the Sponsor within 45 days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. Winner assumes the risk of safe arrival of prize and prize package. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated or misdirected mail, or unsafe arrival of a prize, prize certificate or prize package.
General Restrictions
Some restrictions and limitations may apply. Prizes are subject to change.
Federal, state and local taxes, if any are the sole responsibilities of the winners, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.
Winners may not exchange or transfer prizes or obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Any prizes won by minors will be awarded in parent's or guardian's name.
VI. AGREMEENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the contest/sweepstakes Sponsor/judges/administrators, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in this contest/sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Sponsor, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest/sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials at Sponsor's sole discretion, without obligation, compensation or permission. All entries become the sole property of the Nemours Foundation.
To claim a prize, winner and/or winner's parent or guardian must: (a) provide proof of winner's age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability and any other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner's intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest/sweepstakes as originally planned.
The Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in these rules. Any such changes will become effective upon notice via an online posting at www.MightyTimoneers.com or other means of wide dissemination.
